Sweepstakes begins on 10/20/2008 at 12.01am Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on 06/30/2010 at 11:59pm Eastern Time (“ET”).
Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the continental United States 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. Military installations in foreign countries, anywhere outside of the U.S. and where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Employees of MyPerfectSalon.com and their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses) are not eligible to win.

You may enter the sweepstakes by registering as a community user at http://www.myperfectsalon.com. by clicking on the iPod Nano link and following the instructions. Only one entry per person or email address. Entrant must provide accurate personal information including but not limited to: first and last name, email address, city, state and zip code.
Odds of winning sweepstakes are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. On or about 07/15/2010, you may obtain the name of the Grand Prize Winner, either by visiting the MyPerfectSalon.com website or mailing a SASE to: “MyPerfectSalon.com, iPod Nano Sweepstakes, PO Box 105603 #78027, Atlanta, Georgia 30348-5603.” Requests received after 07/31/2010, will not be honored.
Prize: Sponsors are not responsible for any fees, costs or additional charges resulting from use of the prize. One (1) Grand Prize Winner will win an iPod Nano with a retail value of approximate $150.00. Winner will be chosen by a random computer drawing from among all eligible entries.
This prize is non-transferable and no substitutions allowed. All expenses not expressly included in these rules, and all federal, state and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
General Conditions: The winner will be notified by email on or about 07/04/2010. In the event the winner cannot be contacted, a new winner will be randomly selected by computer from among all eligible entries. The winner will be required to sign and return a notarized affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release that must be returned within seven (7) days of notification attempt or an alternate prize winner will be selected. Winner by acceptance of the prize agrees to release the sponsors their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, and their respective advertising, promotional and production agencies from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with participation in the sweepstakes, receipt, ownership or use or misuse of the prize or parts thereof or while preparing for, participating in and/or travelling to or from any prize related activity, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the sponsors, whose decisions on all matters relating to this sweepstakes shall be final and entrants waive any right to claim ambiguity in this sweepstakes or these official rules. By accepting this prize, the winner grants to sponsors the right to use the winners name, address and/or likeness for advertising and trade purposes without further compensation to or permission from the winner, unless prohibited by law. All entries become the property of the sponsors and will not be returned or acknowledged. Neither sponsors, nor their parent, subsidiary or affiliate companies, nor their promotional agencies shall have any obligation or responsibility with regard to: (I) Entries that contain inaccurate information or do not comply with these rules, (II) Entries, prize claims or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to computer or technical error of any kind, (III) Telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, internet or computer or communications malfunctions, failures or difficulties. Sponsors in their sole discretion, reserve the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or in the operation of the website or otherwise violating these rules. Sponsors further reserve the right to cancel, terminate or modify this sweepstakes if this sweepstakes cannot be completed as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.
Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on the Website. Contest dates are subject to change without notice. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
In the event that any dispute arises regarding the meaning or interpretation of these official rules, participants agree that the dispute will be resolved by applying the laws of the residing State and that it shall be resolved within and by the courts of that state. Sweepstakes are void where prohibited.
